YOUR TEAM. We are not out to challenge anyone
but the scoring system and instead of you trying
to perform to beat us that’s what you should do.
Competing with the system to perform better
every time should be your goal.
we are the best because that’s what we believe
and-despite what you think of me and my family

CAUSE I SEE MY CHOREOGRAPHY IN A LOT OF SHOWS-

What kills me the most is that people take this
website, (which is viewable by the public), and
write things that aren't appropriate. This is
Mike's team, and whatever Mike chooses to do with
the team, that's on him. FAMILY MEMBER, you are
more then welcome to take your FAMILY MEMBER out
of OUR drill team. WE don't need the
negativity. We have done fine thus far and we
will continue to do fine. Let's remember this;
you are a FAMILY MEMBER trying to make a
statement. Where’s the parent? Apparently they
don't have a problem with it. So Get over it. If
they do have a problem with it, please let them
see Mike personally, or, you can be a WOMAN or
MAN about it, leave your name, and WE will see
you personally. Our Drill Team is not here for
show, we aren't here to be liked by any. We are
here for the children to have an experience that
most of us as adults wished we could have had.
All of our hard work comes not only from Mike's
teachings, not only from the parents support, but
from the CHILDREN'S willing to learn. So if you
don't agree with our rules and regulations,

Hey i would like to first congradulate I.R.S
Drillteam and Drumcorp for showin out at the
World competition. My kids Deja and D'vonte' and
also my sister to the end Tanya are in the drill
team and i am so so so proud of them and also
the drillteam as a whole. I am so sorry that i
couldn't be there to see yall show out..these
bastards wouldn't let me off work but thats
cool..but now that im done giving my props to
the drillteam, let me give my props to Mike. you
have worked so hard for this drillteam and so
have a few select parents. with out you there
wouldn't be a drillteam (I.R.S) i pray that one
day some one will sponsor us. but Mike, i am
proud of your accomplishments. you are a truly
blessed man..now that i have given you your

MAKING IT HAPPEN!!!
I want to first thank everyone for placing their
comments on our blog. Although some comments
were not suitable, we thank you anyways. It's
the things you do say, the things you do and even
the things you don't say that gives us the drive
to do what we need to achieve. FAMILY MEMBER, my
daughter is a proud member of THE INVINCIBLE
REGULATING STRIDERS. As far as this not being my
group, and taking thiNgs personal. My part in
this drill team goes far beyond what you may see
and what you might not see. I am a woman with
many hats. I don't want you to ever think
anything I saw is a threat. I DON"T MAKE
THREATS! I MAKE PROMISES. We are a drill team
that's here till the end. Our day will come when
we will have our wants and desires meet. Until
then, we as a family, will continue to do what we
have been doing.......... MAKING IT HAPPEN!
Remember...... WE ARE THE "IBPOEW World
Champions" ONCE AGAIN. After all the stress, back
bitting, ignorance, falling outs, immaturity,

and it shows. To my staff Ms. Shonta, Kim, Mr.
Jerry, Mr. Patrick, Ms. Kim, Ms Felicia, and all
the supporting parents I love you and we couldnt
have done it with out you. Its been a long summer
and we are world champions again-we have been
blessed and just know things are going to get
even better. Our next trip is September 1st to
memphis tenn. the cost is not yet decided but
prepare to comptete, perform, and impress.To all
of the haters out there i hope you are happy to
see that none of your negativity paid off- our
family is stronger than you will ever
imagine.Family members we have a wonderful group
lets all get along and defeat the odds these kids
